摘要: The mechanical and tribological performance of the PA66/PVDF blends filled with various amount calcium sulphate whiskers (CSW) was investigated. improve tensile flexural blends. Meanwhile, addition CSW obviously decreases friction coefficient improves wear resistance With further increase CSW, relatively keeps stable slightly decreases. 5 wt% exhibited best anti-wear ability. FTIR analysis shows that chemical change has not occurred in debris. XPS some tribo-chemical reactions have during process produces compounds such as FeF2, Fe2O3 on transfer film surfaces. POLYM.
