摘要: A cleaning and etching solution method for metal surface is disclosed which an alkaline formulation includes a surfactant combination of low foaming ethylene oxide - propylene block copolymer defoaming reverse copolymer. The preferred cleaner alkali hydroxide, salt gluconic acid preferably tripolyphosphate the combination.
