摘要: Nanocrystalline Bismuth telluride and thallium (4 mol %) doped were synthesized through hydrothermal method. The as-prepared products characterized using Powder X-ray Diffraction, High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy, Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy, UV-Visible spectroscopy Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. XRD results revealed the crystalline nature of obtained phases. HRTEM showed particle-like morphology products. decrease in absorption coefficient due to doping was observed FTIR spectra. intensity dependent nonlinear optical properties nanocrystalline bismuth studied Z-scan technique open-aperture configuration. with enhanced response compared pristine hence could be used as a potential candidate for power limiting applications. - Graphical Abstract: Nonlinear transmission (Z-scan) curves ({Delta}) ({open_square}).
