摘要: Abstract The influence of temporal, spectral, and energy parameters laser radiation on optical nonlinear properties solutions CdS As 2 S 3 nanoparticles prepared by ablation in liquids was investigated. observed blue shift the absorption spectra due to quantum size effect. basic mechanism refraction aqueous is a Kerr effect field picosecond pulses, whereas thermal responsible for semiconductor nanoparticles-containing nanosecond pulses. comparison characteristics thin films these semiconductors discussed.
