摘要: Silver-exchanged silicate glass has been irradiated by 532-nm pulsed Nd:YAG laser in order to locally form metallic nanoparticles. The particular interest of this process is control the silver nanoparticles (NPs) growth. Silver ions are exchanged with sodium near surface after dumping a few minutes and nitrates molten salt. A low-energy density exposure (0.239 J/cm2) chosen at ablation threshold allows observe kinetics NPs growth according increasing shots number. An on-line optical measurement carried out each shot identify most important steps during irradiation process. According measurement, we have determined four highlighted UV/Visible spectrophotometry identified influence located plasmon resonance. Three combined material analysis methods were used understand glass/laser interaction mechanism: outlined volume variations profilometric method, element distribution scanning electron microscopy finally structural region local infrared investigation. trend for formation revealed thus explained ring expelled from central hole. We highlight that extinction can be data evolution.
