摘要: In this paper in situ pulsed laser annealing and absorption measurements results of Ag-implanted float glass are reported. A Nd:YAG harmonic at 266 nm was used to anneal the target area by coupling energy host, whilst an argon 488 as a probe beam changes nanoparticle size. The equilibrium conditions show third order power dependence on pulse energy, which is attributed volume ion migration can occur during excitation.
