摘要: Abstract One of the biggest enemies minimally invasive surgery is bleeding. The ongoing desire to improve hemostasis and thus its efficacy has led rapid evolution electrosurgical technology. In this review we discuss yet evolving science electrosurgery. For optimal use available tools, it utmost importance for laparoscopic surgeon understand that different instruments have properties their be tailored. To concept well, important landmarks in electrosurgery related gynecological laparoscopy, revisit basic principles, then proceed on modern tools armamentarium.
