摘要: Objectives: To assess the accuracy of magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopic imaging (1H-MRSI) and dynamic contrast-enhanced MR (DCEMR) in depiction local prostate cancer recurrence patients with biochemical progression after radical prostatectomy (RP). Materials methods: 1H-MRSI DCEMR were performed 70 at high risk RP. The population was divided on basis clinical validation results use a transrectal ultrasound biopsy examination group 50 (group A) prostate-specific antigen (PSA) serum level restitution external beam radiotherapy, 20 B). Results: In A, analysis alone showed sensitivity 84% specificity 88%; alone, 71% 94%; combined 1HMRSI-DCEMR, 87% 94%. Areas under receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve for 1HMRSI, DCEMR, 1HMRSI /DCEMR 0.942, 0.93,1 0.964, respectively. B, 83%; 79% 100%; 86% 100%. ROC each these groups 0.81, 0.923, 0.94, Conclusion: Our show that DCMRE is an accurate method to identify
