摘要: A low-voltage constant-impedance analog switch based on a single MOSFET [328] as the main switching element. The on-state operation is obtained by connecting charged capacitor [326] between gate and source terminals of [328]. can be compensated for body effect, which may necessary to obtain required level linearity. Low-voltage made feasible employing an internal feedback loop that locks in switch's on-state. implemented single-well CMOS bulk technology, it operate at supply-voltage differences are only slightly higher than technology's threshold voltage.
