Use of food waste as fish feeds: effects of prebiotic fibers (inulin and mannanoligosaccharide) on growth and non-specific immunity of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella).

摘要: The effects of inulin and mannanoligosaccharide (MOS) on the growth performance non-specific immunity grass carp were studied. Two doses prebiotic fiber with 0.2 or 2% fibers are being mixed into fish feed pellets. Fish as well selected immune parameters tested in a feeding trial, which lasted for 8 weeks. was fed at 2.5% body mass per day. INU02, INU2, MOS2 significantly improved relative weight gain, specific rate, protein efficiency ratio, food conversion ratio waste-based diet. In terms response, showed significant improvement all three (total serum immunoglobin, bactericidal activity, anti-protease activity). Adding (INU2) waste diets seemed to be more preferable than other supplemented experimental (INU02, MOS02, MOS2), it could promote improving systems carp.
