摘要: Abstract This paper describes, for the first time, variation of apparent ethanol content during storage 33 honey samples. Moisture was determined by measuring refractive index at 20°C. Apparent in a double cuvette, according to modification Boehringer–Mannheim enzymatic method. Four different types evolution were observed: constant increment, increment followed decrease, values oscillation and decrease.
