摘要: The Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) is a multigene family of outstanding polymorphism. MHC molecules bind antigenic peptides in the peptide-binding region (PBR) that consists five binding pockets (P). In this study, we compared genetic diversity domestic pigs to modern representatives their wild ancestors, boar, two loci, oligomorphic DQA and polymorphic DRB1. nucleotide polymorphism was with actual functional PBR P1, P4, P6, P7, P9. analysis approximately 200 boars collected throughout Europe 120 from four breeds (three pureblood, Pietrain, Leicoma, Landrace, one mixed Danbred) revealed share same levels amino acid polymorphism, allelic richness, heterozygosity. Domestication did not appear act as bottleneck would narrow diversity. Although pattern uniform between magnitude different. For both most located presence positive selection supported by statistically significant excess nonsynonymous substitutions over synonymous PBR. P4 P6 were pockets. Functional i.e., number distribution pocket variants within among populations, significantly narrower than indicative hierarchical action pressures on loci.
