摘要: All human herpesviruses (HHVs) have been implicated in immune system evasion and suppression. Moreover, two HHV family members, i.e. EBV KSHV, are recognised as oncogenic viruses. Our literature review summarises additional examples of possible mechanisms that attributed to other HHVs. In general, HHVs affect almost every cancer-implicated branch the system, namely tumour-promoting inflammation, evasion, immunosuppression. Some accomplish these effects by inhibiting apoptotic pathways promoting proliferation. Mechanisms related immunosupression low grade chronic inflammation could eventually result initiation progression cancer. this article we open a discussion on members Herpesviridae, their suppression mechanisms, role cancer development. We conclude discerning interplay between HHV, is essential for development novel preventative therapeutic approaches treatment prophylaxis.
