摘要: Abstract Three non-isocyanate urethane dimethacrylate reactive diluents 2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl 2-(methacryloyloxy)ethylcarbamate (EOAED), 3-(methacryloyloxy)propylcarbamate (POAED), and 1-(methacryloyloxy)propan-2-yl (POAPD) were synthesized by the reaction of a cyclic carbonate with an amino alcohol followed second methacrylic anhydride. These formulated acrylated polyester (APE) oligomer free radical photoinitiator to prepare UV-curable polyurethane coatings. For comparison diluents, ethylene glycol (EGDMA) was also used. The effect diluent type content on viscosity APE measured. After UV curing, viscoelastic, tensile, thermal properties cured films evaluated as function using dynamic mechanical analysis (DMTA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), gravimetric (TGA). In addition, coating such pencil hardness, chemical resistance, impact gloss investigated. It found that crosslink density, storage tensile modulus, gel content, total water absorption, glass transition temperature ( T g ) directly proportional amount diluent. show significant improvements in resistance elongation-at-break compared EGDMA. optimum level concentration is between 10 20 wt%.
