摘要: Abstract The effect of ischemia on atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) release from heart ventricles was studied by exposing the perfused hearts Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) and spontaneously hypertensive (SHR) rats to global after excision atria. Ischemia for 2, 5 20 min caused an increase 0.3 ± 1.1, 12.4 5.5 11.4 4.2 ng/g dry weight in ANP WKY ventricles, respectively. increased 3.4 2.8 minutes' SHR ventricles. not cell damage, as only processed form detected perfusates. correlated positively with tissue lactate/pyruvate ratio (r=0.85) adenosine (r=0.99), negatively phosphorylation potential (r=0.70). results indicate that ventricular increases release, probably due changes myocardial energy metabolism.
