摘要: Abstract Objective The relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25[OH]D) levels and the lipid metabolic of prepubertal normal population is unclear. Our goals were to investigate association serum 25(OH)D concentrations with in Korean children ages 7–9 y. Methods We followed 205 children, 7–9 y Ewha Birth Growth Cohort study, a prospective cohort sample established 2001–2006, from July August 2011. studied components syndrome insulin resistance indices using multivariate regression analysis adjusted for body mass index (BMI) z-scores. Results mean age subjects was 7.89 ± 0.85 y, included 109 boys (53.2%). average all participants 25.0 ± 5.4 ng/mL. After adjustment sex, triacylglycerol significantly associated ( β = –0.02, P = 0.02) even after BMI z-scores −0.02, 0.04). However, other not correlated status. Those lowest quartile had highest 0.04, P trend = 0.01). Conclusions found that negatively levels, independently adiposity, children. This study suggests insufficiency related via derangement metabolism.
