摘要: One hundred eighteen psychiatric patients, each experiencing his or her first lifetime episode of psychosis, 125 their first-degree relatives, and 155 normal subjects were assessed using the physical anhedonia, social perceptual aberration scales Chapman et al. (1976, 1978). We hypothesized that psychotic would obtain higher scores on these than relatives controls, we expected group to score more deviantly controls. The anhedonia successfully differentiated patients from latter subjects. These findings testify construct validity suggest they tap a predisposition psychosis. Unexpectedly, scored lower scale did perhaps because adopted defensive response set.
