摘要: Renal cortical necrosis (RCN), a rare cause of renal failure in which there is death the cortex but sparing medulla, catastrophic entity with high mortality. Its incidence and severity are higher developing countries, mostly due to pregnancy-related complications. This paper presents case 65-year-old woman who had bilateral caused by bisphosphonate medication that was diagnosed CT scan during acute initial phase disease.
