摘要: Abstract Confluent acute cortical necrosis is a rare but catastrophic disease. Described here one case which was heralded by abruptio placenta and occurred in concert with disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (DIC). All causes of share common denominator: procoagulant factor capable activating the coagulation mechanism.
