摘要: Although Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training is common in the sciences, effectiveness RCR open to question. Three key factors appear be particularly important ensuring ethics education programs: (1) educational efforts should tied day-to-day practices field, (2) provide strategies for working through ethical problems people are likely encounter practice, and (3) embedded a broader program on-going career development efforts. This article discusses complex qualitative approach development, based on sensemaking model, which strives address afore-mentioned concerns. Ethnographic observations prior served purpose collecting information specific multi-disciplinary multi-university research center with goal identifying metacognitive reasoning that would facilitate decision-making.
