Material method involved 93 subjects hospitalised brief codependence therapy department. Patients were divided into three groups: alcohol, opiate amphetamine dependent. conducted first two weeks stay concerned demographic data results. Results Over 40% all had a higher than normal GTP activity, more 20% levels cholesterol ALT, 16% AST. Persons addicted shown have highest level LDL, while lowest those alcohol. average GTP, AST, ALT liver injury markers occurred alcohol dependent persons addicts. Discussion This confirmed results other studies that better biochemical parameters functioning or Conclusion most commonly assessed changes values observed above total cholesterol, GTP. Alcohol often increased activity AST amphetamine.
