摘要: Recent improvements in flow-cytometric instrumentation and techniques enable us to make very precise measurements of distributions cellular DNA content populations suspended cells. Flow-cytometric are being used tumour research for the detection monitoring aneuploid cell lines [1, 47, 49] studying kinetics [15, 32, 33]. Similar could also be assessment cytogenetic damage induced by environmental agents like radiations or chemicals; example, measuring dispersion chromosomes whole cells a population [34–36, 39]. Such based on fact that chromosomal aberrations dysfunction mitotic apparatus due action mutagenic lead an unequal distribution amount daughter consequently increased variation population. This effect can observed as broadening G0/G1- G2+M-phase peaks quantitated. Work done along these will briefly reviewed following.
