摘要: As part of a long-term study on howling monkey behavior and social dynamics, known natal male was observed taking over his group from putative sire. Due to the accidental death one adult males, this had matured in one-male never juvenile emigration nor immigration associated behaviors. Nevertheless, behaviors with takeover were indistinguishable those an immigrant male, including disappearance immatures, whom found extensive injuries. While it cannot be said that inherited these presumed father, can he exhibited species-typical absence observational learning.
