摘要: In sub-Saharan Africa, HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis are major public health problems. 2010, 64% of the 34 million people infected with HIV were reported to be living in Africa. Only 41% eligible HIV-positive had access antiretroviral therapy (ART). Regarding tuberculosis, region 12% world's population but 26% 8.8 incident cases 254000 tuberculosis-related deaths. This paper aims review missed opportunities for improving prevention care. We conducted a systematic PubMed using terms 'missed'(Title) AND 'opportunities'(Title). included original research articles done Africa on and/or Missed care can classified into five categories: i) patient community; ii) professional; iii) facility; iv) local system; v) vertical programme (HIV/AIDS control programmes).
