摘要: This chapter provides a short review of the modelling Genetic Regulatory Networks (GRNs). GRNs have basic requirement to model (at least) some parts biological system using kind logical formalism. They represent set all interactions among genes and their products for determining temporal spatial patterns expression genes. The origin regulation gene goes back Nobel-prize winning work Lwoff, Jacob Monod on mechanisms underlying behaviour bacterial viruses that switch between so-called lytic lysogenic states. Some circuit-based approaches such as Kauffman, Thomas, Shapiro Adam are discussed.
