Control of harmonic generation in a quantum well with two-colour few-cycle pulses

摘要: We investigate the spectra of two-colour few-cycle pulses in a semiconductor quantum well (QW) with consideration size effects. Our results show that, regime, spectral peak at 4 ω 0 can be achieved even under condition - 3 pulse combination. Moreover, when is modified, enlargement or suppression 5 selectively controlled by relative phase pulses.
