摘要: Chimeric heteromultimer adhesins that bind the ligand of natural heromultimeric receptors and uses therefor are disclosed. The chimeric molecules comprise an extracellular domain a heteromultimeric receptor monomer multimerization for stable interaction in adhesin. Specifically disclosed comprising domains ErbB2 ErbB3 ErbB4. ErB present invention useful as competitive antagonists or agonists neuregulin treatment diseases such various cancers.
