摘要: This study was meant to determine the inhibitory activity of tannins and flavonoid compounds from Geranium robertianum, Helleborus purpurascens Hyssopus officinale plant polyphenol rich extracts against urease α-chymotrypsin. The G. H. were purified concentrated by microfiltration ultrafiltration. Phenolic including flavonoids have been linked many pharmacological activities. Thus, polyphenolic content assessed UV-Vis spectroscopy HPLC. enriched in (flavonoids, phenolic acids) showed a significant inhibition jack bean (over 90%), whereas case α-chymotrypsin, they proved an below 54%. results this support use as potential sources inhibitors. Among three tested, exhibited high (92.67%) low (19.6%) α-chymotrypsin could be considered possible remedy ulcer treatment.
