摘要: In 2005, draft guidelines were published for reporting studies of quality improvement as the initial step in a consensus process development more definitive version. The current article contains revised version, which we refer to Standards QUality Improvement Reporting Excellence (SQUIRE). This narrative progress report summarizes special features that are reflected SQUIRE and describes major differences between guidelines. It also explains process, included formulation responses informal feedback, written commentaries, input from publication guideline developers; ongoing review literature on epistemology methods evaluating complex social programs; meeting stakeholders critical guidelines' content wording, followed by commentary sequential versions an expert consultant group. Finally, discusses limitations unresolved questions about SQUIRE; ancillary supporting documents alternative under development; plans dissemination, testing, further SQUIRE.
