摘要: Bio-energetic dynamic penaeid shrimp growth model was developed from an existing on tilapia growth. The divided into 6 sub modules: (1) Moulting; (2) Feed consumption; (3) Digestion and biosynthesis; (4) Energy metabolism; (5) Oxidation; (6) Growth; parameterized based the literature. calibrated validated with independent data set. For calibration, best agreement between observed simulated value for achieved when it assumed that 14% of dietary amino acids converted to glucose ratio fat: protein energy generation 0.819. Calculated regression equation R2 were Y = 0.868X + 1.384 0.71, respectively, where is X final weight. Average Relative Error (ARE) 5.64%. validation comparing experimental weight, we found 1.091X 0.116, 0.97 ARE 10.22%. can predict general patterns explanatory character allowed prediction under a wide range conditions. Effect feed nutritional quality, feeding rate, body composition, temperature moulting be predicted well by model, which will provide insight interactions among parameters shrimp.
