摘要: The morphogenesis of functional myofibrils in chick skeletal and cardiac muscle occurs greatly different time spans, about 7 2 days, respectively. In myogenic cells, one isoform the 250 kD actin-binding protein (ABP) filamin is associated with stress fiber-like structures myoblasts early myotubes, then disappears for approximately 4 whereupon a second reappears at Z-disc periphery. We sought to determine if myogenesis involves this sequence appearance, disappearance, reappearance new compressed scale. It was known that mature heart, localized periphery as (fast) muscle, also intercalated discs. find myocardial has an apparent molecular weight similar adult lower than smooth filamin, both contain roughly 200 monomers per sarcomere. Two-dimensional peptide mapping shows very filamin. Myocardial, slow skeletal, fast filamins are all phosphorylated, previously shown non-striated muscle. Using immunofluorescence, we found could not be detected developing heart until 14-somite stage, when exist been beating 3 hours. conclude myogenesis, sequences gene expression result distributions isoforms.
