摘要: Root-knot nematodes (RKN, Meloidogyne spp.) are one of the most harmful pests in agriculture. Pasteuria penetrans , an obligate hyperparasite RKN, is effective biological control agent. However, little known about molecular mechanisms interaction between P. and second-stage juvenile (J2) incognita . Here, we used transcriptome sequencing to characterise differential expression profiles J2 M. encumbered by endospores. A total 445 genes were found be differentially expressed, including 406 up-regulated 39 down-regulated genes. Thirty-seven putative immune-related encoding collagens, cytochrome P450, lysozymes other active proteins identified. Genes involved ‘biosynthesis unsaturated fatty acids’ pathway several core sets immune effectors up-regulated, indicating conserved among different nematodes. Down-regulation P450-related might suggest a specific defence response
