摘要: Epilepsy is a prevalent neurologic disorder affecting approximately 50 million people worldwide. Cognitive dysfunction induced by seizures one of the severe comorbidities epilepsy and epileptic syndrome, which has negative impact on patients' quality life. Several mechanisms may be associated with cognitive impairment in patients epilepsy. Here, we review how dynamic functional alterations brain network influence seizure-related outcomes.
