摘要: In the current work, titanium dioxide and iron-doped (0-3-) nanocrystals were prepared with Pechini-type sol-gel method. The same procedure as well spin-coating technique was applied for preparation of thin films. samples characterised by X-ray diffractometery (XRD) photoelectron spectroscopy techniques. crystallographic microstructural parameters nanopowders refined from XRD patterns utilising Rietveld refinement It found that incorporation iron in TiO 2 structure, a highly distorted brookite phase generated amount anatase decreased. rutile disappeared addition iron; however, higher concentration (3%), it reappeared. results also indicate crystallite size microstrain phases amplified doping. photocatalytic test films are agreement prediction activity based on their phase%s constituents structure.
