摘要: Objectives. Fatigue during cancer treatment is associated with depression. Neurotrophic factors play a major role in depression and stress might provide insight into mechanisms of fatigue. This study investigated the association between plasma concentrations three neurotrophic (BDNF, brain-derived factor; GDNF, glial-derived SNAPIN, soluble N-ethylmaleimide sensitive fusion attachment receptor-associated protein) initial fatigue intensification external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) euthymic non-metastatic prostate men. Methods. Fatigue, as measured by 13-item Functional Assessment Cancer Therapy-Fatigue (FACT-F), were collected at baseline (prior to EBRT) mid-EBRT.
