摘要: Abstract Aiming at more precise detection of melanoma cells in sentinel lymph nodes and better understanding the mechanisms underlying metastatic spread, expression L1, CEACAM1, binding lectins HPA, ML-I PNA, was assessed benign nevi ( n = 12), primary melanomas (PTs: = 67), their corresponding (SLNs: = 40), distant metastases (DMs: = 35). Sensitivity specificity CEACAM1 (95–97%; 66%) L1 (90–93%; 100%) exceeded that standard markers MelanA, S100, HMB45 single marker use. Lectin found PTs DMs (HPA: 69% 77%; ML-I: 82% 77%, respectively), but rarely SLNMs 20%, PNA: 5%, respectively). The highly specific sensitive L1-11A against 4D1/C2 antibodies are a worthy completion to antibody panels for diagnosis cells. Both CAMs seem be functionally involved lymphatic haematogenous thus promising target molecules immunotoxins.
