Effective medium theory for the hopping conductivity in high electrical fields

摘要: Starting from the rate equation in presence of an electrical field with arbitrary strength hopping conductivity a system nearest neighbour is investigated by using effective medium approximation. At not too high fields differential shown to decrease increasing field. This behaviour qualitatively agreement experimental results on doped semiconductors. Ausgehend von der Ratengleichung bei Anwesenheit eines elektrischen Feldes beliebiger Starke wird die Hoppingleitfahigkeit einem System mit Hopping zwischen nachsten Nachbarn Naherung des effektiven Mediums untersucht. Es zeigt sich, das nicht zu starken Feldern differentielle Leitfahigkeit wachsendem Feld abnimmt. Dieses Verhalten ist qualitativ Ubereinstimmung dotierten Halbleitern gewonnenen experimentellen Resultaten.
