摘要: Abstract Hopping conduction is considered in such strong electric fields that electron hops are mainly oriented the direction opposite to field. For half-filled and symmetrical impurity band calculation of hopping conductivity reduced directed percolation problem on random sites, which solved by computer simulation. nonequal concentrations occupied unoccupied centers cannot be percolation. In this case current determined trapping electrons those impurities have no neighbours rather large regions along drift. As a result, their velocity much smaller than band.
