摘要: Genetically transformed repeseed (Brassica napus) roots were obtained by in vitro inoculation of excised stem segments with Agrobacterium rhizogenes. Axenic root organ clones established and they exhibited a phenotype characteristic roots: rapid growth, reduced apical dominance plagiotropism. Stem regeneration was induced exposing fragments to 2,4-dichloroacetic acid (2,4-D) liquid medium, followed transfer solid medium. The resulting plants the observed other species where similar experiments have been performed. Direct evidence for genetic transformation from opine assays molecular hybridization. Sexual transmission Mendelian, probable case T-DNA insertion into two independent loci within same plant detected. estimated optimal time necessary obtain oilseed rape using this approach is 2 months.
