摘要: Genetically transformed repeseed (Brassica napus) roots were obtained by in vitro inoculation of excised stem segments with Agrobacterium rhizogenes. Axenic root organ clones established and they exhibited a phenotype characteristic roots: rapid growth, reduced apical dominance plagiotropism. Stem regeneration was induced exposing fragments to 2,4-dichloroacetic acid (2,4-D) liquid medium, followed transfer solid medium.
