摘要: A library of monoclonal antibodies which show selective reactivity with particular cells or gene products (e.g. HLA-DR, glycophorin) different cell lineages in the haemopoietic system has been compiled. Using these probes conjunction fluorescence-activated sorter (FACS) pattern and sequence surface antigenic expression on progenitor have mapped. is identified bone marrow a unique membrane phenotype nuclear enzyme terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase. Its composite identical to that seen common variant acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). It suggested this putative B lineage provides major target for ALL. Detailed analysis erythroid differentiation FACS reveals an intriguing glycophorin band III appear sequence. HLA-DR (Ia-like antigen) may be present all most committed could play important role interactions regulating early haemopoiesis.
