摘要: Human bone marrow cells were separated on a fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS) according to their binding of series monoclonal antibodies; the positive and negative fractions cloned for erythroid burst colony-forming units (BFU-E CFU-E) myeloid (CFU-GM), cytocentrifuge slides prepared microscopy maturing precursors. The pattern antigen expression hemopoietic progenitor precursor populations has been established using antibodies defining blood group (A, I/i), HLA-associated (*A, B, C, DR, DC1), lineage specific, transferrin receptor antigens. Like monomorphic HLA-DR, defined by antibody OKT10 is expressed earliest progenitors lost during differentiation, suggesting role in interactions regulating differentiation these cells. HLA-linked DC1 determinant, contrast not at detectable level Although lineage-specific early identified, majority progenitors, but only weakly may provide an approach isolating progenitors. These earlier studies with against HLA-DR glycophorin now detailed "map" differentiation.
