摘要: Ecosystem and plankton community metabolism were Inc asured for 1 year in a central Florida lake. Values of ecosystem production respiration similar throughout the year, suggesting that little net accumulates seasonally or annually. Gross 3,071 3,180 g 02*m-2*yr-‘. The was responsible 44% gross production; remainder attributable to submersed macrophytes associated epiphytes. Of annual respiration, 54% due plankton. Measurements suggested plant photosynthesis severely diminished month summer, p lssibly as result high temperature.
