摘要: The chicken embryo assay has been used for research on the toxicity of complex extracts derived from different environmental sources, as well individual compounds. However, only a few studies have made toxicological effects airborne particulate matter in embryo. These showed that toxic effect was due to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) particles, although their structure and quantity were factors determining extent toxicity. Airborne is composed particles sizes, which can be separated into five classes according size by an Andersen high-volume sampler. Each class contained many kinds compounds such PAHs. In this study, extracted particle size, analyzed PAHs, tested embryotoxicity.
