摘要: The mortality analysis normally refers to the underlying cause of death but often can be caused by a variety factors, especially at older ages. Multiple approach allows take into account all information reported on certificate. This was utilized for analyzing 70 years and over old people in Italy 2001. A descriptive carried out several indicators widely used literature were computed: example average number causes per or cause-specific ratio frequency as its multiple (underlying associated). cluster done explore existence some particular morbid contexts, individuating eight clusters that presented profiles regarding associated . Multivariate odds ratios then computed evaluate associations between morbidity patterns means different logistic regression models. conclusion is data represent very useful instrument study interaction diseases leading death, also if much still need increase quality certificate completion.
