摘要: The gains in analyzing death from a multiple cause perspective have been recognized for very long time. Methods that adopted sought to determine additional made by treating as phenomenon compared analysis based on single under-lying cause. This paper shows how association rules mining methodology can be adapted joint morbid causes with strong and interesting associations. Results show some of do not appear among the leading associations other would otherwise remain unknown without use methodology. Overall, study found pair South Africa was metabolic disorders intestinal infectious diseases which accounted 18.9 deaths per 1000 2008, followed cerebrovascular hypertensive 18.3 1000.
