摘要: Measurements at 4.2 K of the magnetoresistance Co/AgMn, Co/CuMn, Co/AgPt, and Co/CuPt multilayers with current perpendicular to layer planes (CPP-MR) show effects reduced spin diffusion lengths due alloying nonmagnetic metal impurities that produce spin-spin (Mn) or spin-orbit (Pt) scattering. Combining data a theory by Valet Fert gives in alloys.
