摘要: Abstract 1. Both chordotonal receptor organs, MC1 and MC2, in the merocarpopodite joint walking legs of crab are stretched by flexion this joint, whereas CP1 CP2 opposite movements carpopropodite namely production reduction, respectively. 2. Afferent impulses have been recorded extracellularly from whole sensory nerve isolated fibres each receptor, response to (a) passive movement containing organ, (b) stretching releasing partially or completely excised receptor. 3. Unidirectional position for relaxation (release) receptor—or corresponding movement—were good numbers all four nerves. 4. The nerves also contained many stretch—or flexion; while stretch sensitive probably present nerves, but less common than fibres. In six MC2 studied, however, were not found. 5. Correlations between gross morphology attachments these receptors, fine structure their scolopidia, afferent responses noted. differentiation ciliary adn paraciliary distal processes is adequate explain differential direction sensitivity. reflex function myochordotonal organ base meropodite considered.
