摘要: 1. The intrasegmental feedback reflexes in the swimmeret system of lobster Homarus americanus were activated while recording responses from nerves and muscles. 2. Two main sources sensory identified; proprioceptors coxal region swimmeret, setae on edges two rami each swimmeret. by these inputs are described. 3. Reflexive powerstroke movement to excita tory motor neurones is positive, further reinforcing movement. Intrasegmental capable independently initiating or terminating activity absent, however. Therefore cycle can begin end only response a purely central nervous command. It follows that incapable contributing periodicity seen output pattern which underlies beating. 4. In addition strengthening powerstroke, strengthen linkage between returnstroke within cycle. may also reinforce reciprocity excitor inhibitor axon 5. shown, however, three features programmed into CNS feedback. thus act as subservient amplifying devices for cyclic patterns produced mechanisms.
