摘要: Purpose: To evaluate the clinical implications of additional pedal artery angioplasty (PAA) for patients with critical limb ischemia (CLI). Methods: Twenty-nine (mean age 77.8±8.6 years; 21 men) CLI (32 limbs) presenting de novo infrapopliteal and (Kawarada type 2/3) disease were reviewed. The need PAA was based on existence sufficient wound blush (WB) around target wounds after conventional above-the-ankle revascularization. Fourteen insufficient WB in 14 limbs received PAA, while 15 18 did not. groups compared overall survival, salvage, amputation-free survival within 1 year procedure. healing rate, time to healing, freedom from reintervention rate also evaluated. Result: success 93% (13/14). All successful achieved (13/13). Despite before overal...
