摘要: Aryl ethynyl anthraquinones have been synthesized by Sonogashira cross-coupling and evaluated as telomeric G-quadruplex ligands, the FRET melting assay, circular dichroism, DNA synthesis arrest assay molecular docking. Both binding properties vs. duplex selectivity are controlled structures of aryl moieties.
